With the increase in recognition of the importance of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), an increasing number of companies are proactively promoting employment of people with disabilities.
This trend has a very close relationship with our business and we value it as a corporation.
CBRE's mission is to support commercial real estate business including office buildings, as well as factories, distribution facilities and commercial facilities, regardless of leasing and sales contract of properties, and provide optimal working environment for those working there. In addition, this mission understandably includes making considerations to better the working environment for people with disabilities as well.
In future, employment of disabled people will be promoted based on the concept of normalization (achievement of the society in which people with disabilities can live equally with all other people).
