Main areas of work

Commercial real estate brokerage

The work involves brokerage of business spaces which include offices, warehouses, distribution centers, stores, showrooms, etc.

After obtaining a detailed grasp of, and performing analysis of the user's real estate strategy and the main factors in selection of the property a business space which will generate optimal benefits to the user is selected from an extensive volume of property information, and proposed to the client. For cases which are more complex and require sophisticated solutions, a project team is formed by gathering masterminds working in each field to work out solutions for clients’ issues.

 

Research and consulting, solutions for effective usage of real estate

When decisions are being made about a client’s real estate we consult the client as a business partner, standing from the viewpoint of the client's management, and provide appropriate guidance and specific solution strategies.

For example, we provide clients with solution strategies pertaining to tenant demand estimates which influence commercial profitability of large-scale redevelopments and strategy formation for establishment of operating bases for companies/shops; we do this based on clear logic and sound judgment, leveraging the abundant data amassed over 37 years of business performance and a Japan-based network that is expanding globally.

 

Real estate management and administration

We provide total management services to cater for each stage in the lifecycle of a commercial property, from research of the construction market for commercial properties to performing management functions on behalf of real estate owners, including planning and design supervision, post-completion placement of tenants, tenant management following the start of tenancy, building administration, etc.

We run our own management business which does not stop with building management, but rather we act as the real estate owner’s business partner to provide superior value-added service.
