Japan Office MarketView provides a quarterly survey of commercial real estate trends across the nation, providing local market views of 183 zones in 13 cities.
In the past, CBRE released real estate market trends nationwide as part of its "Office Market Report." Starting third quarter of 2011, CBRE will issue the report under the new title, "Japan Office MarketView," which features data according to revised specifications and a renewed organization and layout. The report includes revised historical data based on new criteria from the third quarter of 2010 and will continue to host data based on the older criteria through the fourth quarter of 2011.
